I deeply guide women back to their light, back to your essence. After many years of deep self journeying and shadow work I have uncovered and experienced many deaths and many rebirths. Growing my wisdom, my magic, my deep knowing and holding of the wounded feminine and of the wounded masculine. I hold women in their most vulnerable space but allow them to feel safe enough to surrender. This is my passion, this is my mission here on earth.

Womb Healing

Womb healing can support you in various ways, including addressing menstrual issues, ovulation pain, migraines, child loss, stillbirth, sexual trauma, endometriosis, fibroids, digestive issues, fertility, experiencing greater pleasure organism, miscarriage, termination, ancestral trauma, menopause support, and hysterectomy recovery.

Each session is a deeply personal healing ceremony held in the nurturing embrace of nature at the beautiful Nikua forest yurt space in Muriwai beach. Guided by intuition and spirit, I create a safe and compassionate space for you to connect with your divine feminine essence. The session may include rituals , energy work, womb massage touch, sound healing, meditation, and channeled light language transmissions.

Each session I intuitively create a sacred alter calling in the energies and your guides for support. I incorporate the use of sacred medicine drums and rattles to facilitate deep healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. These instruments produce rhythmic sounds that induce a meditative state, clearing stagnant energy and restoring balance within the womb space. Guided by ancestral wisdom, the vibrations of the drums and rattles resonate with your body's natural frequencies, promoting harmony and facilitating the release of energetic and emotional blockages.

In addition, I work closely with alchemy crystal bowls attuned to the womb and endocrine system, bathing your entire being with crystalline consciousness. The vibrations from these crystal bowls amplify the healing process, supporting you in connecting with your inner wisdom and ancestral lineage on a deeper level.

I also incorporate the rebozo, a traditional Mexican shawl or scarf that holds deep cultural and spiritual significance. In the context of womb healing, the rebozo is utilised as a tool for nurturing, supporting, and energetically wrapping the womb space.

Wild Roots

As Kaitiaki (guardians), I believe in the pure magic of tamariki (children) fully expressing themselves in nature. My aim is to foster growth, confidence, and empowerment by providing a nurturing space where children can connect with the Earth, themselves, each other, and the environment.

Inspired by the rhythms of nature, Wild Roots Adventures Sessions offer a unique learning experience for children aged 6-12+. Held entirely outdoors, rain or shine, our sessions blend play, learning, and social development in harmony with the natural world. Whether your child is in school or on an unschooling journey, our co-creational sessions affirm Tuakana-teina (elder buddy & younger buddy) relationships across age groups, genders, and nature.

What We Offer:
🌿 Nature-based co-creational learning sessions
🌿 Mentor to Tamariki ratio of 1:7
🌿 Destination Nature Adventure sessions every Thursday 9.am 3-3pm during the school term
🌿 Focus on social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual development through play in nature

In today's world, children have fewer opportunities for unstructured play in natural environments, leading to increased levels of anxiety and social skill deficits. Our nature-based sessions provide a healing space where children can engage in child-directed play, reducing anxiety and fostering holistic development.

Our play-based, child-led approach encourages hands-on learning, peer interactions, and problem-solving. Through activities, discussions, and positive role-modeling, children develop social competence, self-confidence, and awareness of themselves and the environment. Mixed-age groups allow for mentorship, leadership development, and nurturing relationships.

🍂 Wild Roots: Return to the Womb, Journeying into Autumn Day Immersion 🍂

Join us for a transformative gathering, landing in the sacred month of March, representing a time of transition after the expansive warmth of the beautiful summer we just had.

As autumn sets in, nature begins its gentle descent into a season of introspection and harvest. The leaves start to fall away, the days grow shorter, the air crisper, and the earth prepares for the coming winter.

Just as the natural world shifts, so do our inner landscapes. The pre-menstrual phase of autumn can often feel like a challenging transition, marked by introspection, nesting instincts, and a call to release what no longer serves us.

"For years, I struggled with my inner autumn, battling premenstrual phase (PMDD) ovarian cysts while navigating through pain, isolation, and bursts of anger. It was only through deep healing, devotion, and connection to my womb that I learned to honour, deeply feel and remember her voice and embrace my inner and outer seasons with love. My body was desperately trying to communicate with me, urging me to let go and listen and release what no longer served me, but I didn't realise it until I was naked with the mist unbearable pain having to say goodbye to my daughter. It was then I was forced to listen."

Wild Roots: Return to the Womb, Journeying into Autumn Day Immersion, invites you to come and receive, creating space for yourself to both receive and move and surrender to what no longer serves you in a real environment. Whether you're a busy mum, or caught in the whirlwind of work, or simply yearning for time to reconnect deeper with yourself, this is the place for you. There are no expectations here, just an invitation to be and nourish your soul.

“Walking. I am listening to a deeper way. Suddenly all my ancestors are behind me. Be still, they say. Watch and listen. You are the result of the love of thousands.”- Linda Hogan

RED THREAD RITUAL

We close the circle with a red thread ritual. This ritual consists of passing thread around the circle of woman. Each woman wraps the thread around her wrist and the passes it to the woman next to her who does the same. The thread joins all the women in a circle, when separated each woman stands alone in her own power, yet knowing the support of her family and friends as she begins the journey of motherhood and beyond. All attendees are asked to continue wearing the read thread and every so often send the mama-to-be positive, loving thoughts. Each woman wears the thread until we hear the news that the new mother has birthed her baby, only then is the thread removed with a sweet intention and loving prayer. The red thread symbolises our lineage of ancestors, our matriarchal line that extends beyond and in front of us for thousands of years. It reminds us of the many women who have come before us. Remembering we can call on this powerful line of grandmothers behind us for to support and guidance as we move forward on our journey while also celebrating those children & grandchild we are yet to meet.

THE FOOT BATH

The alchemy that happens when marrying water and plants has a profound healing effect, especially when the water is infused with your love and adoration for life. Combining flower petals and warm water. Gently and devotedly ease the Mama's feet into the water. As she soaks her feet, welcome women to bow down to her, and if they feel to massage and wash her feet, ankles and calves. She is carrying extra weight in the form of baby, placenta, liquids and increased blood volume. Loving touch can do wonders to relieve her tired and possibly swollen feet. As this is done the women are making a symbolic commitment to truly be there for the mama as she needs help, whether that means bringing her meals postpartum, coming to her home and washing dishes for her, holding the baby so she can take a shower or taking her older child for a walk. Songs and laughter are welcome as the group takes time to lighten her load.
The Closing of the Bones ceremony is a deeply meaningful and ancient tradition that has been practiced by various cultures around the world for centuries. Rooted in reverence and respect for the postpartum experience, this ceremony holds space for women to undergo a transformative journey of healing, closure, and renewal.

The Closing of the Bones ceremony has its origins in cultures such as Latin America, Mexico , Asia, and Africa, where it has been passed down through generations as a sacred rite of passage for women during the postpartum period. It is a ritual that honours the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of childbirth and motherhood.

At its core, the Closing of the Bones ceremony is designed to nurture and support women as they transition into motherhood. It serves as a holistic healing practice that helps to restore balance, vitality, and connection within the body, mind, and spirit after the profound experience of childbirth. Through gentle massage, wrapping, and other nurturing techniques, the ceremony facilitates the closure of the pelvic bones, symbolizing the completion of the childbirth process and the beginning of a new chapter in a woman's life.

Pelvic Healing and Closure

Many women experience a profound sense of being "broken open" after childbirth, both physically and emotionally. The Closing Ceremony acknowledges the complexity of the pelvis and its role in childbirth, addressing the physical and emotional aspects of postpartum healing. By focusing on the second chakra, " Sacral ," associated with emotions and the unconscious, the ceremony helps release tension and trauma stored in the hips and pelvic region, promoting emotional release and energetic balance.

Incorporating the Mexican Rebozo Wrap

Central to the Closing of the Bones ceremony is the use of the Mexican rebozo wrap, a traditional shawl woven with cultural significance. The rebozo is draped and gently rocked around the mother's body, providing support and comfort while facilitating the alignment of the pelvic bones. This ancient practice honors the wisdom of indigenous traditions and fosters a deep connection with the ancestral lineage of childbirth and motherhood.

Postpartum Considerations:

It is recommended that massage be conducted no earlier than six weeks after birth, allowing for proper healing and recovery. Depending on the type of birth experienced, such as vaginal delivery or cesarean section, specific massage techniques and adjustments can be discussed and tailored to your individual circumstances.

Healing and Sacred Ceremony:

In addition to supporting women who have recently given birth, the Closing of the Bones ceremony holds profound significance for individuals who have experienced various forms of pregnancy or early both experiences , infant loss, including miscarriage, abortion, or child loss. This sacred ritual offers a compassionate space for honouring the mother's womb, acknowledging grief, and reclaiming wholeness. By bringing awareness and intention to the journey of healing, the ceremony facilitates the restoration of energy and the reconnection with Sankhya, the sacred essence of life.

Facilitator:
